The location was exceptionally nice, just a short walk away from Pelham Civic Complex. We got a room with fresh decor and a clean bathroom to relax. The staff was especially helpful and really helpful from arrival to departure.

The Hampton Inn & Suites Birmingham-Pelham - I-65 provided a very pleasant stay. I would happily return as I didn't feel like leaving. The hotel offers a wonderful complimentary breakfast that is more than adequate. I liked my room and found the bed to be comfortable. The staff were diligent and competent.

The customer service at this hotel was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. They even replaced a drink I spilled during check-in. The breakfast options were better than other hotels in the area, offering a variety of choices. Another great aspect of this hotel was the comfortable pillows on the beds. They were super soft and provided a great night's sleep.

One downside of my stay was that the room I was assigned was located next to an entrance door. This resulted in occasional noise from the door banging, which disrupted my sleep.
